Arbeitsweise

Das zu filtrierende Medium kommt, durch einen Verteiler beruhigt, auf das Endlos-Filtergewebe. Die Schmutzpartikel setzen sich auf dem Filterband ab und bilden einen Filterkuchen. Dieser wird als zusätzlicher Feinstfilter genutzt. Durch die Anschwemmung des Filtrats steigt der Mediumspiegel an und betätigt den Schwimmerschalter.Die Steuerung im Schaltkasten setzt die Spülpumpe, die Rückförderpumpe und den Getriebemotor mit dem Filterband in Bewegung.

An der Umlenkwalze wird der grobe Schmutz vom Band abgestreift und in den Schlammbehälter ausgetragen. Die Restpartikel werden durch Flachstrahldüsen (oder Druckluft) ausgespült. Die Rückförderpumpe führt das angespülte Medium aus das Endlos-Filterband zurück. Der Mediumspiegel fällt ab und das Band wird durch der Schwimmerschalter gestoppt. Das noch auf dem Band liegende Filtrat kann jetzt abtropfen und trocknen. Der Anschwemmungsprozess beginnt von neuem.

Method of operation

The medium that is to be filtered is applied to the endless filter belt with the aid of a spreader. The dirt particles settle onto the filter belt, and form a filter cake. This is employed as an additional fine filter. The deposition of this filtrate causes the level of the medium to rise, activating the float switch.The controller in the switching cabinet starts the flushing pump, the return pump and the drive motor for the filter belt.

The coarse soiling is scraped of the belt at the deflecting roller and transferred to the sludge container. The remaining particles are rinsed off by the fan nozzles (or by compressed air). The return pump leads the washed medium back to the endless filter belt. The level of the medium trops again, and the belt is halted by the float switch. Filtrate that is still on the belt can drain and dry off. The deposition process starts again.
